Delete Your Bunndle Account

Bunndle is a mobile application and website owned and operated by Agent Alliance Private Limited. Users can request deletion of their Bunndle account and the personal data associated with it by following the steps below.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the Bunndle mobile application.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings or Account Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your account deletion request.
Alternative Method

If you cannot access the app, send an email from your registered email address to support@bunndle.in with the subject "Bunndle Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Registered name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

After verification of the request, Bunndle may delete the user's account, profile information, contact details, uploaded information, preferences and other personal data associated with the account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain transaction, payment, taxation, KYC, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory records may be retained where required by applicable law. Any retained information will only be stored for the legally required period and will remain protected.

4. Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversed. Users should not send passwords, OTPs, bank details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers or other sensitive information through email.
